GAIL Training Institute being the torch bearer in Learning and Development has a pivotal role to play in the sectoral development of Energy Sector. Keeping pace with the latest growth trends in Learning and Development (L&D) domain especially with respect to changing pedagogy and the modalities of virtual learning, GTI is developing world-class competencies and providing state-of-the-art trainings.

GAIL aspires to promote GTI as Centre of Excellence in the business areas such as Natural Gas, City Gas Distribution (CGD), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Petrochemicals. Training programs are being specifically designed and crafted to suit to the requirements so as to address the growing needs of CGD Business. GTI conducts full-fledged training programs covering end to end solution for employees employed in this sector. Now, GTI has decided to continue focused training programs on Natural Gas pipeline maintenance based on ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standards and codes. With addition of this feather in its cap by becoming Authorized Training Provider (ATP) with Authorized Training Instructors (ATI) of its own, GTI is now available with the following ASME programs: ASME B31.8 Transmission and Distribution Piping systems ASME B 31.8S Integrity, Management and Maintenance of Gas Pipelines
